📦 Order preparation and shipping
M-Stickers products are manufactured upon order, often customized according to the customer's choices (colors, dimensions, effects, texts, finishes).
We do not have stock: each order is prepared and produced specifically for you, to guarantee a quality rendering and optimal personalization.
⏱️ Preparation and delivery times
Standard deadlines
The delivery times indicated below are indicative:
- Standard preparation + shipping time: 10 working days
- For certain personalized products or during periods of high demand, the delivery time may be extended up to 20 days maximum
These delays include:
- file preparation,
- the print,
- the cut,
- the packaging,
- shipping.
Specific lead times
Delivery times may be extended in the following cases:
- customized or highly personalized products,
- bulk orders,
- specific or off-catalogue requests,
- peak periods.
In these situations, we recommend to pre-order.
📬 Product Packaging
Our products are shipped with care to ensure their protection during transport:
- The decorative kits and rim strips are sent in reinforced cardboard envelopes,
- depending on the size and quantity, products can be sent in a adaptive cardboard.
🌍 Delivery zones
France & Europe
We deliver :
- in mainland France,
- in most European countries.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated during the order process, based on the destination country.
International / Outside Europe
Delivery is also possible in some countries outside Europe and overseas territories.
If your country is not in the list proposed during the order, Do not hesitate to contact us to determine feasibility.
💸 Shipping costs
The delivery fees are indicated before the final validation of the order.
🎁 Free shipping
Shipping is free for any order amount superior or equal to €90, excluding current promotions.
⚠️ Delivery delays and incidents
Delivery times are indicative.
In case of delay exceeding 30 days (excluding cases of force majeure), the customer may request order cancellation and a full refund.
📦 Package reception
Upon receipt, it is the customer's responsibility to:
- check the condition of the package,
- report any anomaly (damaged package, missing or deteriorated product).
All claims must be made:
- to the carrier,
- and from M-Stickers,
within a maximum of 3 days upon receipt.
