General Sales Conditions – M-Stickers

These terms and conditions of sale (T&C) are concluded between:

  • M-StickersA simplified joint-stock company in the process of registration with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register, with its registered office at 37 Rue Pierre Stoppa, 69200 Vénissieux, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller",

and

  • Any individual or company making a purchase through the website www.m-stickers.comhereinafter referred to as "the Buyer".

By placing an order on this site, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Article 1 – Purpose

These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the online sale of products offered by M-Stickers.
They are accessible at any time on the site and supersede any other document.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are those described on the website, while stocks last.
Each item is presented with its essential features. The photographs are as accurate as possible but are not binding.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation and are added to the total price.
M-Stickers reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed according to the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Article 4 – Orders and Payment

Placing an order confirms acceptance of the prices and product descriptions.
Payment is due upon order, by credit card or PayPal.
Order confirmation constitutes the sales contract.

Article 5 – Reservation of Title

Products remain the property of M-Stickers until full payment, including fees and taxes.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

According to articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 days From delivery, to exercise the right of withdrawal, no justification or penalties are required (excluding return shipping costs).

⚠️ Exception :
Custom products (shapes, colors, text, specific dimensions, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Article 7 – Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer during the order.
Delivery time is for informational purposes only. If the delay exceeds 30 days, the Buyer may request cancellation of the sale and a full refund.
Upon receipt, the Buyer must inspect the package's condition and report any discrepancies to the carrier within 3 days.

Article 8 – Legal and Commercial Warranties

8.1 Legal Guarantees

Buyer is entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects, as per articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code and articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
If a defect is proven, the Buyer may request a replacement or a refund of the product.
All claims must be reported within a reasonable time after the defect is noted.

8.2 Commercial Durability Warranty – 6 years

Apart from legal guarantees, M-Stickers offers a commercial guarantee covering the durability of the decals for a period of 6 years From the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only if Premature detachmentSubject to proper installation as per instructions.

Application Instructions

To claim the warranty, the customer must ensure the decal is installed following proper procedures, including:

  • A thorough cleaning of the surface (free of dust, grease, or moisture).
  • A completely dry and prepared surface.
  • Allow a minimum of 48 hours drying time after application.

Re-application procedure

If detachment occurs within 6 years of purchase, the Buyer must Claim form including:
Clear, dated photographs of the damaged sticker, highlighting the issue.
b) a detailed description of the conditions under which the sticker came loose (surface, environment, use, etc.)
A copy of the purchase invoice.

Verification and processing

Upon receipt of the file, the M-Stickers technical team will perform a thorough verification. Further communication may be requested to clarify the provided information.
Once the defect is confirmed as covered by the warranty, a Full product refund will begin within a maximum of 60 business days.

Limitations

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse.
  • Incorrect installation
  • Exposure to extreme conditions (weather, chemicals, etc.)
  • Product neglect or lack of maintenance.

Article 9 – Liability

M-Stickers's liability is limited to a duty of care in the sales process. They are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or extreme environmental conditions.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All site elements www.m-stickers.com Photos, text, visuals, and logos are the exclusive property of M-Stickers and may not be used without authorization.

Article 11 – Personal Data

The collected information is necessary to manage orders and is processed in accordance with the "Data Protection and Freedoms" law and the GDPR. The Buyer has the right of access, rectification, and deletion of their data.

Article 12 – Disputes

These terms are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, the Buyer may engage a consumer mediator. Failing amicable agreement, the competent court will be that of the Vendor's registered office (Lyon).
