These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter \u00abGTC\u00bb) govern all sales concluded via the website www.m-stickers.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The brand M-Stickers<\/strong> is a trademark operated by the company MSTKS HOLDING<\/strong>, hereinafter referred to as \u00abthe Seller\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Any order placed on the site implies the full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these GTC by the Buyer.<\/p>\n

  • the respective rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer,<\/li>\n
  • the terms of order, payment, delivery and warranty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    They are accessible at any time on the site and supersede any other document.<\/p>\n

    ARTICLE 3 \u2013 PRODUCTS<\/h2>\n

    3.1 Nature of products<\/h3>\n

    The products offered for sale are mainly:<\/p>\n

    • motorcycle wheel rim decorative kits,<\/li>\n
    • rim strips,<\/li>\n
    • stickers and associated products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The majority of products are made to order<\/strong>, often customizable<\/strong> according to the Buyer's choices (dimensions, colors, finishes, effects, texts, etc.).<\/p>\n

      3.2 Presentation<\/h3>\n

      Each product is presented on the website with a detailed description of its essential characteristics.<\/p>\n

      The visuals, photographs, 3D renderings, configurator simulations or examples of achievements are provided for information only and non-contractual<\/strong>.
      Slight variations in color, rendering, or finish may exist depending on screens, media, or printing processes.<\/p>\n

      ARTICLE 4 \u2013 PRICES<\/h2>\n

      4.1 Prices displayed<\/h3>\n

      Product prices are indicated in euros Incl. taxes<\/strong>.<\/p>

      In accordance with Article 293B of the General Tax Code<\/strong>, the VAT not applicable<\/strong>.
      \nThe prices shown therefore do not include no value added tax<\/strong>.<\/p>

      Delivery costs are indicated before order validation and are added to the total amount.<\/p>

      M-Stickers reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
      \nHowever, the products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.<\/p>\n

      Shipping costs are specified before final order confirmation.<\/p>\n

      The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.<\/p>\n

      However, products are invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed by the Buyer.<\/p>\n

      ARTICLE 5 \u2013 ORDER<\/h2>\n

      5.1 Order Process<\/h3>\n

      The Buyer selects their products, verifies the order summary (products, options, price, delivery), then proceeds to payment.<\/p>\n

      Order confirmation means:<\/p>\n

      • acceptance of prices,<\/li>\n
      • acceptance of product descriptions,<\/li>\n
      • acceptance of these GTC,<\/li>\n
      • final formation of the sales contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        5.2 Refusal or cancellation of order<\/h3>\n

        The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:<\/p>\n

        • of previous litigation with the Buyer,<\/li>\n
        • non-payment,<\/li>\n
        • of suspected fraud,<\/li>\n
        • obvious error in price or configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          ARTICLE 6 \u2013 PAYMENT<\/h2>\n

          6.1 Terms<\/h3>\n

          Payment is due immediately upon order.<\/p>\n

          Accepted payment methods:<\/p>\n

          • bank card,<\/li>\n
          • PayPal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Payments are secured via certified payment providers.<\/p>\n

            6.2 Security<\/h3>\n

            At no time does the Buyer's banking information transit through or is stored by the Seller.<\/p>\n

            ARTICLE 7 \u2013 RETENTION OF TITLE<\/h2>\n

            The products remain the property of the Seller until full payment of the price, including costs and taxes.<\/p>\n

            ARTICLE 8 \u2013 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h2>\n

            8.1 General principle<\/h3>\n

            According to articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

            8.2 Exception \u2013 Custom products<\/h3>\n

            \"\u26a0\ufe0f\" IMPORTANT<\/strong><\/p>\n

            In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products<\/strong>, in particular:<\/p>\n

            • specific shapes,<\/li>\n
            • custom colors,<\/li>\n
            • custom texts or graphics,<\/li>\n
            • specific dimensions,<\/li>\n
            • products created via the configurator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              No returns, exchanges, or refunds can be demanded for these products, except in the case of a proven defect.<\/p>\n

              ARTICLE 9 \u2013 DELIVERY<\/h2>\n

              9.1 Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n

              Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer when ordering.<\/p>\n

              They are shipped in reinforced cardboard envelopes or suitable boxes depending on the size and quantity ordered.<\/p>\n

              9.2 Lead times<\/h3>\n

              Delivery times are approximate:<\/p>\n

              • 10 business days<\/strong> in standard delivery,<\/li>\n
              • up to 20 days maximum<\/strong> for customized products or during periods of high demand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                M-Stickers operates on a \"made-to-order\" basis, without stock.<\/p>\n

                9.3 Delays<\/h3>\n

                In case of delay greater than 30 days<\/strong>, not justified by a case of force majeure, the Buyer may request cancellation of the order and a full refund.<\/p>\n

                9.4 Receipt<\/h3>\n

                It is up to the Buyer to check the condition of the package upon receipt.
                Any anomaly must be reported to the carrier and to the Seller within a period of 3 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                ARTICLE 10 \u2013 GUARANTEES<\/h2>\n

                10.1 Legal Guarantees<\/h3>\n

                The Buyer benefits from:<\/p>\n

                  \n
                • Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code)<\/li>\n
                • Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                  \n

                  10.2 Commercial durability guarantee \u2013 6 years<\/h3>\n

                  Regardless of legal guarantees, M-Stickers offers a 6-year commercial durability guarantee<\/strong> covering premature lifting of the decals.<\/p>\n

                  Mandatory installation conditions<\/h4>\n

                  To benefit from the warranty, installation must be carried out:<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • on a clean, dry and degreased surface,<\/li>\n
                  • in accordance with the recommendations provided,<\/li>\n
                  • with a minimum drying time of 48 hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                    \n

                    Claim procedure<\/h4>\n

                    The Buyer must provide:<\/p>\n

                      \n
                    1. clear and dated photographs,<\/li>\n
                    2. a description of the conditions of use,<\/li>\n
                    3. a copy of the invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      After verification, a refund for the product will be issued within a maximum of 60 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                      \n

                      Exclusions<\/h4>\n

                      Warranty does not cover:<\/p>\n

                        \n
                      • a bad installation,<\/li>\n
                      • improper use,<\/li>\n
                      • exposure to extreme conditions,<\/li>\n
                      • negligence or lack of maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                        \n

                        ARTICLE 11 \u2013 LIABILITY<\/h2>\n

                        The Seller is bound by a obligation of means<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                        Its responsibility cannot be engaged in case of:<\/p>\n

                        • misuse,<\/li>\n
                        • improper installation,<\/li>\n
                        • indirect damages,<\/li>\n
                        • normal wear.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          ARTICLE 12 \u2013 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/h2>\n

                          All elements of the site (texts, visuals, logos, images, configurator) are the exclusive property of M-Stickers.<\/p>\n

                          Any reproduction or exploitation without authorization is prohibited.<\/p>\n

                          ARTICLE 13 \u2013 PERSONAL DATA<\/h2>\n

                          Personal data is processed in accordance with Privacy policy<\/strong> available on the website.<\/p>\n

                          In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may resort to a consumer mediator.
