📦 Order preparation and shipping
M-Stickers products are manufactured on order, often customized according to the customer's choices (colors, dimensions, effects, texts, finishes).
We do not have stock: each order is prepared and produced specifically for you, to guarantee a quality rendering and optimal customization.
⏱️ Preparation and Delivery Times
Standard lead times
The deadlines indicated below are indicative:
- Standard preparation + shipping time: 10 working days
- For some customized products or during periods of high demand, the lead time can be extended up to 20 days maximum
These deadlines include:
- the preparation of the file,
- the print,
- the cut,
- the packaging,
- shipping.
Specific deadlines
Delivery times may be extended in the following cases:
- custom or highly personalized products,
- large quantity orders,
- specific or off-catalogue requests,
- periods of high activity.
In these situations, we recommend to to order in advance.
📬 Product packaging
Our products are shipped with care to ensure their protection during transport:
- the decorative kits and rim strips are sent in reinforced cardboard envelopes,
- depending on the size and quantity, products can be sent in one suitable box.
🌍 Delivery zones
France & Europe
We deliver :
- in mainland France,
- in most European countries.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout, according to the destination country.
International / Outside Europe
Delivery is also possible in some countries outside Europe and overseas territories.
If your country is not in the list proposed during the order, do not hesitate to contact us to study the feasibility.
💸 Shipping fees
Shipping costs are indicated before the final validation of the order.
🎁 Free shipping
Shipping is free for any order of an amount Superior or equal to 90 €, excluding current promotions.
⚠️ Delays and delivery incidents
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.
In case of delay greater than 30 days (excluding cases of force majeure), the customer may request order cancellation and a full refund.
📦 Package reception
Upon receipt, it is the customer's responsibility to:
- check the condition of the package,
- report any anomaly (damaged package, missing or damaged product).
Any claim must be made:
- from the carrier,
- and with M-Stickers,
within a maximum of 3 days upon receipt.
