M-Stickers Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are made between:

  • M-StickersA simplified joint-stock company in the process of registration with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register, with its registered office at 37 Rue Pierre Stoppa, 69200 Vénissieux, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller",

and

  • Any individual or entity making a purchase through the website. www.m-stickers.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer".

Placing an order on this site constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Article 1 – Purpose

These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the online sale of products offered by M-Stickers.
They are accessible at any time on the site and supersede any other document.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are those described on the site, within available stock limits.
Each item is presented with its essential characteristics. The photographs are as faithful as possible but have no contractual value.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
Shipping costs are detailed before order confirmation and are added to the total price.
M-Stickers reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be charged at the prices in effect when the order is placed.

Article 4 – Orders and Payment

Placing an order on this site constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions.
Payment is due upon order, by credit card or PayPal.
Order confirmation constitutes the sales contract.

Article 5 – Reservation of Title

Products remain the property of M-Stickers until full payment, including fees and taxes.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

According to articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 days From the date of delivery, to exercise your right of return, without needing to justify reasons or pay penalties (excluding return shipping costs).

⚠️ Exception :
Custom products (shapes, colors, texts, specific dimensions, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Article 7 – Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer during the order.
Delivery time is estimated. Buyer may request cancellation and full refund if delivery takes more than 30 days.
Upon receipt, the Buyer must inspect the package and report any discrepancies to the carrier within 3 days.

Article 8 – Legal and Commercial Guarantees

Legal Warranties

Buyer is entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects, pursuant to articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code and articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
If a defect is proven, the Buyer can request a replacement or a refund of the product.
All claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after the defect is noted.

8.2 Commercial Durability Warranty – 6 years

In addition to any legal guarantees, M-Stickers offers a commercial warranty covering the durability of the decals for a period of 6 years From the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only if premature detachmentsubject to proper installation as per instructions.

Application instructions

To claim the warranty, the customer must ensure the sticker is installed following proper procedures, including:

  • Thorough surface cleaning (dust, grease, and moisture free).
  • A perfectly dry and prepared surface
  • Allow a minimum of 48 hours drying time after application.

Removal procedure

In case of detachment within 6 years of purchase, the Buyer must provide complaint form including:
Clear, dated photographs of the defective decal, highlighting the problem.
A detailed description of the conditions under which the decal came loose (surface, environment, use, etc.).
A copy of the purchase invoice.

Verification and processing

Upon receipt of the files, the M-Stickers technical team will perform a thorough check. Further communication may be requested to clarify the provided information.
Once the defect is confirmed as covered under warranty, a Full product refund will be initiated within a maximum of 60 business days.

Limitations

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper use
  • Incorrect installation
  • Exposure to extreme conditions (weather, chemicals, etc.)
  • Product neglect or lack of maintenance.

Article 9 – Liability

M-Stickers' liability is limited to reasonable efforts in the sales process. They are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, or extreme environmental conditions.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All site elements www.m-stickers.com Photos, text, visuals, and logos are the exclusive property of M-Stickers and may not be used without permission.

Article 11 – Personal Data

The collected information is necessary for order management and is processed in accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR. The Buyer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

Article 12 – Disputes

These terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the Buyer may approach a consumer mediator. Failing amicable agreement, the competent court will be that of the seller's registered office (Lyon).
